The following provides high-level information about QuadReal Property Group’s Satisfaction Survey (the “Survey”) released to tenants and residents throughout Canada. For additional information, please contact your building’s Community or Property Management team.

Overview: The 2023 Satisfaction Survey

QuadReal through its properties across Canada is deploying a standard survey to better understand the overall satisfaction of its customers: QuadReal residents and tenants in office, residential, industrial, and retail properties. The Survey has been standardized based on environmental sustainability and wellness certification programs that use best practice to determine healthy and sustainable building design and operations.

Survey questions are mostly standardized across all asset types and include overall satisfaction and Net Promoter Score®. Additional questions include method of transportation for commuting, as well as workplace and amenity satisfaction.

Survey outcomes help maintain certifications such as BOMA BEST®, Fitwel® and LEED®.
