At QuadReal, we recognize the achievements of our colleagues through our annual recognition program, the QuadReal Awards of Excellence.
The QuadReal Awards of Excellence celebrate the incredible efforts of colleagues from every part of the business, from all countries in which we operate. With 2019 being the program’s inaugural year, the program demonstrated both the appetite for colleagues wanting to recognize each other’s efforts and the array of talent across the organization.
In 2020, we presented over 100 awards to QuadReal colleagues in categories such as Excellence in Customer Service, Excellence in Teamwork, Excellence in Innovation and Excellence in ESG. It was particularly important this year to give special recognition to our 425 frontline teammates for their focus on service excellence and dedication in keeping our customers, tenants, residents and communities safe, from the onset of COVID-19 and beyond.
The Awards of Excellence trophies are handcrafted by Canadian artist Boris Kramer, and commissioned by QuadReal to create unique sculptures that celebrate the exceptional achievements of our colleagues.
Thank you, QuadReal, and all those who hosted the Awards of Excellence ceremony! I've never felt so appreciated and truly part of a company. I'm more than happy to continue to serve our tenants in Calgary.
