At QuadReal, one of the ways we recognize the achievements of our colleagues is through our annual recognition program, the QuadReal Awards of Excellence.
The QuadReal Awards of Excellence celebrate the incredible efforts of colleagues from every part of the business, from all countries in which we operate. The program demonstrates both the appetite for colleagues wanting to recognize each other’s efforts and the array of talent across the organization. As part of this program and in support of QuadReal’s community engagement initiatives, we are pleased to support award recipients with a donation opportunity to their charity of choice.
In 2023, over 200 colleagues were honoured with an Award of Excellence in categories such as Excellence in Being a Responsible Company, Excellence in Customer Experience and Excellence in Innovation. Many of these recognitions also reflect cross-functional team collaboration.
Seeing how all of us at QuadReal come together to celebrate one another at the Awards of Excellence makes our company more than just a workplace. It was an honour to participate as one of the presenters, recognizing my fellow teammates for the talents they share across the company. This is what makes colleagues feel like family and QuadReal feel like home.
