QuadReal has extensive experience in real estate operations. We are a full-service operating company in Canada, and outside Canada we work with key partners to manage our global portfolio.

Our Operating Partner Group (OPG) supports partnerships with QuadReal’s global operating companies. It drives performance and creates value by working closely with operating company partners, sharing capabilities and experience. OPG team members, along with members in the QuadReal Resources Group (QRG), reflect the extensive experience we gain as an active owner and manager of our own operating companies.
