Our community program, QuadReal for Good, is built upon the collective experiences and commitments of our team members. Together, we support vibrant, diverse and resilient places, aligning our priorities with the priorities we see in our communities.

We give forward to a broad range of causes through volunteer time, direct corporate donations and in-kind contributions at all levels of our business. We also champion and invest in organizations that align with ​​our vision and values through donations and partnerships—building a sustainable future for everyone.

QuadReal for Good is a multi-level approach that unifies our commitment to communities across all aspects of our organization.

Under this program, we engage with team members, tenants, residents and partners to determine the most important needs of the communities where we do business and contribute where it is needed most.

Our contribution efforts include: paid volunteer days, donation matching and charitable giving through the annual ​​Awards of Excellence; Culture Committees that lead charitable events and opportunities across our offices; long-lasting community initiatives through our properties and new development projects; an easy-to-use charitable giving and volunteering platform that empowers our employees; and impactful community partners at the corporate level.

  • BC Parks Foundation

    BC Parks Foundation is the official charitable partner of BC Parks, the body responsible for the designation, management and conservation of parks and protected areas systems in British Columbia. The BC Parks Foundation protects, enhances and sustains the province’s parks while inspiring and connecting people to them.

  • Canada Women’s Foundation

    Canadian Women’s Foundation is a national leader in the movement for gender equality in Canada. Through funding, research, advocacy and knowledge sharing, the foundation works to achieve systemic change. Since 1991, the foundation’s generous donors and supporters have contributed more than $185 million to fund over 3,000 life-transforming programs throughout Canada.

    The Center for Active Design is the leading non-profit organization using design to foster healthy and engaged communities. The team’s mission is to transform design and development practice to support health, ensuring equitable access to vibrant public and private spaces that support optimal quality of life.

  • HUB Cycling

    HUB Cycling is a charitable not-for-profit organization that has spent over 20 years removing barriers to cycling in Metro Vancouver, while cultivating the health, environmental and economic benefits that active transportation can bring. HUB Cycling has educated thousands of people, motivated thousands more and championed improvements to create a connected cycling network.

  • NPower Canada

    NPower Canada is a charitable organization that launches Canadian job-seekers into meaningful and sustainable careers. Their programs provide participants with free digital and professional skills training and connect them to rewarding career opportunities with some of Canada’s largest employers.
