Our EVP of Enterprise Innovation Received Prestigious Accolades
As EVP Enterprise Innovation, Cheryl Gray is helping QuadReal build its reputation as a commercial real estate company that is known for excellence in innovation. She was recently recognized in two prestigious publications:
Real Estate Professionals as one of their Elite Women. In this issue, the focus is on Cheryl’s history with QuadReal and Bentall, noting that in 2020 she will be the first international member to become President of the Chicago-based Institute of Real Estate Management, and is currently their President Elect. They also note that Cheryl is co-chair of BOMA’s cyber security task force.
Real Estate Forum as one of their Women of Influence (page 42). This recognition highlights Cheryl’s work to encourage digital innovation in the real estate industry and features some of her past accolades such as the Real Estate Institute of Canada’s Emeritus award, the highest honour given to any member, as well as the BOMA Toronto Pinnacle Award for Innovation.’

Cheryl joined QuadReal in January 2017 as Executive Vice President leading the Enterprise Resources and Innovation team, providing expertise to the Canadian real estate portfolio in sustainability, risk management, environmental health and safety, national contracting services and property management best practices.
