We support an exciting diversity of causes that our team members, residents and tenants are passionate about through employee volunteer time, direct donations and in-kind contributions. In addition to supporting these causes, we champion organizations that align with our company vision and values through corporate donations and partnerships.

We engage with our team members, tenants, residents and visitors to determine the most important needs of the communities where we do business and contribute where it is needed most.

OUR TEAM
QuadReal is proud of its employees’ contributions to their communities through the causes that are important to them. In addition to supporting organizations that align with our giving priorities through corporate donations and partnerships, QuadReal helps our team members give back to their communities with volunteer time and donation matching.
Volunteer Days
QuadReal provides employees with two paid volunteer days per year.
The Annual Match
QuadReal matches employee contributions to eligible registered charities up to a maximum of $500 per person, per year.
QuadReal’s Regional Contributions
QuadReal has established Culture Committees across Canada and internationally that create opportunities for our team members to engage with each other in community, wellness and sustainability events and initiatives.
