QuadReal Receives Top Ranking at the Kingsley Excellence Awards
The Kingsley Excellence Award program has been recognizing leading residential communities in Canada and the U.S. since 2018. The award program expanded this year to also include a new category for company performance, the KingsleySurveys Elite Five.
We are pleased to announce that QuadReal has achieved first place in the Tier 2 (10,000 – 30,000 units) category of the KingsleySurveys Elite Five as part of the 2022 Grace Hill Kingsley Excellence Awards. This award program recognizes individual residential communities that achieved outstanding performance year over year. This year, the program expanded to include the KingsleySurveys Elite Five, a new category for company performance to recognize top-performing multifamily property management companies in customer experience across North America.
