Stephen Holler joined QuadReal in January 2020. As Senior Vice President, Legal, Stephen leads the Legal Transactions team which advises on all aspects of international and domestic debt and equity real estate investments. His primary focus is on U.S. debt and operating company investment transactions.

Prior to joining QuadReal, Stephen spent seven years in the real estate group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, a law firm based in the U.S. He started his career in the corporate group at McDermott Will & Emery LLP.

Stephen graduated with a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Miami University.

Stephen is an employee of QuadReal USA Services LLC, which acts in an advisory capacity to QuadReal Property Group.
