Deborah Chan joined QuadReal in February 2017. As Executive Vice President, Domestic Finance, she leads the finance and accounting teams managing the Canadian real estate equity portfolios for BCI and RBC GAM. 

Prior to joining QuadReal, she was formerly Vice President, Finance, Investment Management at Bentall Kennedy (now BentallGreenOak). In this role, she oversaw finance and accounting for the BCI-managed real estate portfolio, working closely with the dedicated asset management team. Previously, Deborah held senior positions with Laing Properties and Deloitte. 

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
