Amanda Wilson Watkins joined QuadReal in April 2024. As Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Customer, Amanda leads the strategic branding, residential marketing, and sales initiatives within the Canadian residential portfolio.

Amanda brings over two decades of marketing and sales experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining QuadReal, she served as Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Great Gulf, where she was responsible for overseeing corporate marketing, product development, and project sales and marketing strategy for residential developments across Canada and the U.S. Previously, Amanda held senior positions at Minto Group, American Land Lease, and Centex Homes.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Alabama and Master’s certifications in Finance and Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. She is a member of the BILD (Building Industry and Land Development) Association and Urban Land Institute. Amanda actively volunteers with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
