Jonathan Dubois‑Phillips joined QuadReal in June 2016 as President of International Real Estate. His work at the company primarily focuses on the management and expansion of QuadReal’s international assets.

With considerable international real estate investment experience spanning North America, Asia and Europe, Jonathan is an inexhaustible source of knowledge within the QuadReal management team.

Previously, Jonathan served as Managing Director for Nomura International, one of Asia’s largest investment banks. He also held a senior position within the Global Real Estate Group of Lehman Brothers. He then made investments on behalf of the bank and its private equity funds in Asia, Europe and North America.

Jonathan holds a Masters of Business Administration from the European Institute of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in Urban Land Economics.
