Ryan Chan joined QuadReal as Vice President, International Real Estate, Asia in January 2020. He is responsible for transaction origination, structuring and execution of investment opportunities throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

He was formerly with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, where he focused on real estate investments in Asia-Pacific. Previously, he held a position with LaSalle Investment Management where he was responsible for underwriting investments in Greater China.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a CFA charterholder.

Ryan is an employee of QuadReal HK Services Limited, which acts in an advisory capacity to QuadReal Property Group.
