Michael Merwin
Associate,Research, U.S.Michael Merwin joined QuadReal in June 2021. As Associate, Research, U.S., he focuses on the formulation of QuadReal’s U.S investment strategy while providing analysis and insights to the investment teams and operating partners.
Prior to joining QuadReal, Michael was a Senior Associate of Weitzman Associates where he was responsible for conducting in-depth market research and analysis, market and financial feasibility studies and development advisory services. Previously, he held real estate research and property management positions with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and Boston Properties.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
