Joe Leahy
Vice President, International Asset ManagementJoe Leahy joined QuadReal in May 2019. As Vice President, International Asset Management, he focuses on leading residential asset management in the United States.
He was formerly a member of the Multifamily Asset Management team at Clarion Partners where he was responsible for overseeing its residential portfolios in New York City and in the southeastern United States. While at Clarion Partners, Joe also held various positions within the portfolio management and investment performance teams. Prior to that, he worked in the Real Estate and Private Equity Fund Services Group at J.P. Morgan.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and economics from the University of Florida and a certificate in residential property management from the NYU School of Professional Studies. He is a member of the National Apartment Association and New York City’s Community Housing Improvement Program.
