Dean Holmes joined QuadReal as Senior Vice President Residential of Operations in January 2018. He focuses on the operations and performance of the company’s residential portfolio by providing leadership to the team, and instilling strong resident service focus.

He was formerly the Senior Vice President of Operations with Campus Apartments where he oversaw operations for the firm’s national student housing portfolio. Dean was also the Chief Operating Officer with Equus Capital Partners/Madison Apartment Group and a Division Vice President with Berkshire Property Advisors.

Dean holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees from the University of Maryland and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He is a Certified Property Manager Candidate and a member of the Multifamily Advisory Board for TransUnion and the National Multi Housing Council.
