Darren Chan
Vice President, International Real EstateDarren Chan joined QuadReal in September 2020. As Vice President, International Real Estate, he is responsible for transaction origination, structuring and growing investments across asset classes in the United States, with an emphasis on life sciences, manufactured housing and student housing.
He was formerly a Vice President with Vornado Realty Trust where he focused on acquiring commercial real estate in the U.S., raising property-level debt and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Vornado, he held positions with Credit Suisse and Oasis Real Estate Partners.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.
