Danny Atkar
Vice President, Canadian Debt InvestmentsDanny Atkar joined QuadReal in October 2021. As Vice President, Canadian Debt Investments, he focuses on originating debt investments such as land financing, construction loans and term mortgages in Western Canada.
Bringing over 16 years of experience to the team, Danny was most recently a Director and Group Lead at Scotiabank’s Real Estate Banking group. There, he managed a portfolio of tier-1 developers and generated over $2 billion in new business in the span of five years.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University.
