After returning to school in her thirties, Cathy has led a successful career in IT and has played an instrumental role in the adoption of Microsoft productivity solutions at QuadReal.  She believes that leadership means helping others achieve goals they didn’t think were possible and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone to succeed.
