Brendan Schrader
Vice President, AmericasBrendan Schrader joined QuadReal in February 2019. As Vice President, Americas, he is responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of real estate investments for QuadReal’s U.S. portfolio.
Brendan formerly worked at PGIM Real Estate on the transactions team where he invested across all asset classes throughout the United States. Previously, he held various positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Nomura Securities.
Brendan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Connecticut College with continued education at New York University and The London School of Economics.
