Ann Holmes
Director, Real Estate Debt OperationsAnn Holmes joined QuadReal in April 2019. As Director, Real Estate Debt Operations, she leads the Real Estate Debt Operations team which provides financial and administrative support to the Debt team and borrowers, ensuring financial and operational risk is managed and mitigated.
Ann worked previously with British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) for 13 years on the Mortgages team, leading both the Mortgage Servicing team as well as the Real Estate Operations team. Prior to working at BCI, she spent 15 years with CIBC as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager.
Ann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University.
