Andrew Feldhuhn
Managing Director, U.S. Real Estate DebtAndrew Feldhuhn joined QuadReal as Managing Director, U.S. Real Estate Debt in April 2019. He leads the company’s investment and portfolio management for all U.S. direct, construction, mezzanine and fund investments.
During his real estate career of over 30 years, Andrew has been involved in more than $25 billion in real estate transactions focusing on new investment opportunities, originations, acquisitions, and financings across all property types. Prior to joining QuadReal, Andrew was a Senior Portfolio Manager with BCI focusing on US Mortgage Investments. Previous to BCI, Andrew held leadership and senior origination roles at Brookfield, Ladder Capital, Merrill Lynch, and Bear Stearns.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Lehigh University. He is actively involved with Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and their industry events.
