Andrew Black
Vice President, Canadian Debt InvestmentsAndrew Black joined QuadReal in September 2020. As Vice President, Canadian Debt Investments, he is responsible for originating and structuring debt investments across Canada in addition to managing QuadReal’s real estate debt portfolio.
Andrew was formerly a Director of Corporate Banking, Real Estate, at Scotiabank where he was responsible for managing a diversified debt portfolio for both publicly and privately held real estate entities in Canada. Previously, he held various senior positions in risk management and commercial lending. With 26 years of experience, he brings a deep understanding of construction lending, unsecured debt and acquisition financing to the QuadReal team.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Edinburgh Napier University.
