Abriel Chan

Vice President, International Real Estate

Abriel Chan joined QuadReal in January 2017. As Vice President, International Real Estate, he is primarily responsible for transaction origination, structuring and growing our industrial and data centre investments across the United States.  

Abriel was formerly an Associate within the International Real Estate team where he was responsible for the execution and underwriting of investments across all asset classes and regions. Prior to QuadReal, he held various positions with BCI and Colliers. 

Abriel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a CFA Charterholder. He is a member of NAIOP Southern California. 

Abriel is the recipient of QuadReal’s Paul Cantor Award in 2022.
