Health Screening
Anyone performing duties on site is required to complete a health screening questionnaire before accessing the property. QuadReal has made available rapid antigen tests for all operations staff, janitorial and security contract personnel.

Face Coverings
Unless mandated by provincial or local order, we strongly recommend tenants and visitors continue to wear masks in common areas. We continue to post signs at entrances to remind everyone of the importance of this practice.

To help everyone maintain a physical distance of 2m/6 ft from others, there are floor decals and signage throughout many of our buildings.

There are sanitizing stations at most entrances, and we ask everyone to use sanitizer when entering the building and to regularly wash hands or use hand sanitizer during their stay.

We are maximizing our fresh air intake and have extended the traditional operating times of our systems, increased air filter replacement frequency and installed additional Indoor Air Quality sensors.
