QuadReal Helps Uline Build New Distribution Facility in St. Albert

The City of St. Albert today announced the development of a built-to-suit facility for the exclusive use of Uline at QuadReal’s Anthony Henday Business Park (AHBP) in St. Albert, Alberta. Uline is a leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials to businesses throughout North America.

The 46-acre parcel will not only be home to the 600,000 SF distribution centre, but also to an abundance of green space and walking trails for the enjoyment of Uline employees. AHBP is a 111-acre business and industrial park located at the intersection of Ray Gibbon Drive and LeClair Way in St. Albert.
