Kevin Baldwinson joined QuadReal in March 2019. As Senior Vice President, Global Taxation, Kevin leads all aspects of QuadReal’s global tax function, including structuring the organization’s real estate investments and managing the portfolio’s international tax compliance obligations.

Prior to joining QuadReal, Kevin practiced Canadian and international tax at KPMG, where he acted as primary advisor to public and private companies undergoing international acquisitions, divestments, corporate reorganizations, and other complex transactions. He has also held various tax and finance leadership positions across multiple industries.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
