Christopher Reynolds joined QuadReal in 2020. As Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Development, Christopher is responsible for the asset management across development and stabilized real estate ventures in the U.S., Europe and Asia-Pacific. He manages a team based in New York, Los Angeles, Vancouver and London, with coverage in sectors including multifamily residential, industrial, student housing, office and alternatives.

Prior to joining QuadReal, Christopher spent over 18 years in roles including Senior Director of Development at AvalonBay Communities, Vice President of Asset Management at JPMorgan Chase and Associate at a predecessor firm of Stantec.

Christopher holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University. 

Christopher is an employee of QuadReal USA Services LLC, which acts in an advisory capacity to QuadReal Property Group.
