Our Wealth Builder's Seminar is a curriculum-styled learning experience and is created to attract and appeal to the hopeful novice as well as the seasoned, experienced real estate investor. We provide an overall and in-depth discussion about the business of buying and selling real estate and its many components.

The seminar is a one day event, held on Saturday’s and Sunday’s of to-be announced weekends throughout the year. The cost of the seminar is $225.00 per individual. Couples registering 20 days before the scheduled seminar will be able to attend for $395.00. Each attendee will receive a  thorough curriculum manual detailing the topic/subject modules that will be covered in the seminar. Additionally, each attendee will receive a complimentary gift package and will also register the day of the seminar for door prizes that will be given away throughout the program. Each day of the seminar, we will be giving away a Dell or equivalent laptop computer, HP or equivalent business calculators and gift certificates to area business supply stores.

We will have guest speakers, each talking for approximately 20-30 minutes  in the afternoon of each day. The speakers are part of the Quadreal Advisory Board and will discuss their company’s particular participation in the real estate industry. Speakers will consist of the following disciplines:

Mortgage Broker. The borrowing process for buyers and sellers will be discussed topically.
2.
Real Estate Broker. The broker will discuss how using a real estate agent/broker can enhance the investor’s portfolio and bottom line.
3.
Closing Agent. The agent will discuss the closing process including title insurance, deeds, recording documents, closing statements and closing costs.
4.
Insurance Agent. The agent will discuss the different types of insurances, policies and coverage’s for investment properties.
5.
QuadReal Spokesperson. Our Vice-President, Debi De Rosa will speak on the process of collecting information and important data from the County Government websites.

A typical seminar takes approximately 9 hours to work through all the information and speaker programs. We provide morning and afternoon breaks and also provide a complimentary lunch. Here is a typical seminar day schedule:
