| Jim is a retired architectural designer and builder from Pennsylvania. He retired and moved to Florida in 1994 for the singular purpose of buying & selling real estate in and around the state. He established his first investment corporation in 1994 and remains an active player in the business. He has literally hundred of deals to his credit and is presently writing several new books and hosting seminars dealing with the business of real estate investment.
He conceived of and co-founded Quadreal Investment Group, Inc. in 2000 with VP, Debi De Rosa and together they have grown the company to be a premier private Real Estate Investment firm in Florida. Jim has built many successful businesses over the last 20 years in the fields of construction and real estate investment and has naturally evolved into a talented and dynamic teacher and counselor.
Jim is the main speaker at Quadreal Investment Group’s WEALTH BUILDERS SEMINARS. The seminar is an 8 hour comprehensive learning course that discusses every facet of the business of real estate investments. Jim showcases many of the lucrative real estate deals that he has participated in as teaching aids during the seminar. |
